Does reading a book with a child sound like fun? You bet! By volunteering for one hour per week, you can make a huge difference in the life of a child who needs help in learning to read. Our literacy volunteers have said: “What a wonderful program. How rewarding it was for me to see my student blossom and progress”. “I have really enjoyed my time as a volunteer”. “This has been a wonderful experience and I treasure my weekly endeavor”.
